Vince, congratulations on the success that you have had in helping so many kids and young adults succeed in life. You are also a Master Personal Motivator and Talent Development Expert". What exactly is that?
I have motivated hundreds of young people over the past 40+ years and had them achieve outstanding personal and professional success. With that, I have been fortunate to have been considered a master in motivating others and teaching them the laws and methods of success. My expertise is in not only motivating but observing talent in individuals and helping them develop that talent so they can be even more successful.
The name of your company is A1 Talentsuccess! Resource. What do you mean by Talent Resource?
EVERYONE has a talent. It doesn't matter if the talent is in sports, entertainment, academic, vocational or the ability to do well personally, every single person has the capability and the talent to do something SUCCESSFULLY. As Talent Managers and Consultants, our WE HAVE THE RESOURCE to work with each individual's talent and successfully manage it. Whether it involves, advice, motivation, training or research or a combination of them all, we at A1 Talentsuccess! are here to help develop that talent to its highest level.
Mr. Seay, what is the difference between having you as my Talent Manager or as my Talent Consultant?
As your Talent Manager, I am working DIRECTLY WITH YOU, the Talent, to develop your talent in your personal, amateur or professional career. I am constantly and continually seeking out ways for you to become better! As an athlete or entertainer, I will come to your games or performances whenever possible (geographic restrictions apply), watch your tapes, peruse your information that needs to be sent out, seek out information that can assist you, speak to others on your behalf; in general, work to make you the best! As your Talent Resource Manager, I take an active role in this.
As your Talent Consultant, I am not working directly with you, the Talent, but with a THIRD PARTY such as a parent or organization. For instance, if you are a talented minor and your parent wanted me to show them the best way to deal with a coach, how to register with the sports clearinghouses, what might be a good school or camp, how to get an entertainment agent, how to begin a certain career, etc., as your Talent Consultant, I would research (if necessary), find that info and give it to them with a detailed explanation. They would then use that information to help you.
So, in a nutshell, as your Talent Manager, I am working DIRECTLY with you, helping you to manage your talent; as your Talent Consultant, I am working with a third party on your behalf to help you manage your talent.
How do you as a Talent Manager and Consultant, help your Talent become more successful?
In order to become successful, a person needs as much help as possible. As a Talent Manager and Consultant, I personally work with my Talent on all levels of their life to see that they are doing what is necessary to succeed. Not only do I give them a road map to follow but I am also "in the passenger seat" right next to them to see them accomplish their goals. I help my Talent become winners in their lives!
How successful do you want your talent to be?
I want my Talent to be THE BEST in their lives or industry! I do not settle for less! My Talent need to reach their FULL POTENTIAL! In using my proven Talent Success Development system, my clients should feel the best and achieve more than they ever have!
You mentioned that you are a talent developer. What do you mean by that?
To be truly successful, in entertainment, sports or personal achievement, it's not enough to just have talent. You have to develop that talent to where you are among the best in your industry. You have to be bold, be visible, and be in the proper position in your industry so that when that big opportunity knocks you are there to answer the door! This doesn't happen by accident, this happens through PROPER PLANNING AND EXECUTION!
With my company A1 Talentsuccess!, I work with my Talent to help them reach that level where they are looked at as ready to go NOW and SUCCEED! Whether my Talent is looking to make his middle school team, sign that huge professional contract, entertain on the biggest stage, or helping them become more motivated and learn how to think for success; I help develop their talent and career to position themselves to take that huge step and excel!
As far as both your Personal Development Talent Success and Sports Talent Success Programs, what ages of young people do you work with?
The Talent that we work with are as young as 3rd grade thru young adulthood.
As far as Professional Entertainment Talent Success, what ages do you work with?
My Professional Entertainment Talent range from infants to adults.
I have a child. Why would it be so important for him to work with an you as his Talent Manager or Consultant?
I have over 40 years of success, working with children. My goal in working with my Talent is to see them succeed. That is what I concentrate on every day! If you are a parent of a child Talent, many times it is very difficult for you to help keep your child motivated, and have the child see the many different angles of their decisions that might effect their personal success. Because you as the parent are the caregiver, disciplinarian and perform other duties that may personally impact the child, many times the child may not listen to you as you would like. As your child's Talent Manager or Consultant, I am there ONLY to see the child Talent succeeds, and the child may be more apt to listen to me as an outside source that is MIRRORING the parents message of wanting the child to make decisions that will make them great!
I will continue to personally work with my young Talent and help to keep them motivated. I know there are times that they may get lazy and take their eye off the goal. I will make sure that they stay focused!
As a parent of a child entertainer, how can you help me make the best professional decisions for my child?
During your child's entertainment career, you as a parent will have to make many decisions. It's important to have professionals to consult regarding those decisions. As your child's Entertainment Talent Manager or Consultant, I am trained to make the best decisions for your child regardless of the financial impact to me! I care about the child Talent first! That is why you are never under any obligation to stay with me. I want you working with me because you are satisfied. That means that I have to earn you trust with every decision that I make, every day!
Mr. Seay, what have you helped your clients do?
Over the years, on the personal front, I have helped my young Talent get motivated and get better grades in school; get into prestigious private elementary, middle and high schools; get admitted to colleges of their choice; get academic scholarships; learn how to better respect themselves and their families; get self-confidence; in short, I help them become the type of successful person that they always wanted to be!

Professionally, I have helped my Talent succeed in the entertainment field. My guidance have helped them in acting, singing, modeling and sports. My acting members have done local and national commercials, starred in television sitcoms, appeared in numerous on-screen and television movies. My modeling clients have worked on television and print worldwide, from Brazil, France, Spain, Italy and of course, the United States. I am a very highly touted athlete. What can you do for me?
I will look at your entire situation and help you make the best decisions that will help you stay on top! For instance, if an Athletic Talent is not working at a high level academically, I will focus on grades and help the athlete to understand the importance to getting and maintaining a high GPA.This is so the athlete will be able to pick and choose where they want to go to college without having to be concerned if they will academically qualify. I will look at how many and the type of colleges that are looking at them and make sure that the athlete is putting themselves in the best possible light so that they can receive the best scholarship offer that they can get.
Athletically, I have worked with athletes as young as 3rd grade that have shown great ability! I will sit down with the parent and athlete and find out what plans they have. If the plan is for the athlete to play at a high level, we will outline training plans to insure the athlete receives the best training. I also look to have the athlete playing at the proper skill level to enhance their athletic growth. I work to get the athlete as much media exposure as possible. I will attempt to get as many high level coaches in the area to look at the athlete to continue the athletes future growth potential.
In both of the above examples, I will also make sure that personally, the athlete is doing the right things so that their private lives are as stable as possible. In other words, I take care of the WHOLE PERSON! This is what I can do for your young Talent!
